Jackson, Michigan is where we call home. We started out as a BBQ competition team and while we love to compete and seeing our #bbqfamily, we equally love feeding the public.

When not competing, . We’ve catered for weddings, birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs and everything in between.  We’ve also got your BBQ for that next tailgating get together, or we can roll up at the next neighborhood block party and get the total experience ordering right from the window.  We will always provide you with the most mouthwatering competition quality barbecue around.
